“Never Surrender to Never-Ending Waste”
Removing waste may be one of the most significant challenges our clients face. By its nature, ADDITION in the corporate, business, & manufacturing world is much easier then SUBTRACTION because it does not rely so heavily on the acceptance of team members. To eliminate waste, however, team members must be willing to accept that the current way is not the best way. The natural human tendency is to reject change even if it would allow a process or job more efficiently. That is why humility is such an important aspect of corporate culture. Team members who are certain that they are “correct” All of the time get directly in the way of “kaizen” or “continuous improvement” .
